A Cincinnati native, Steve Koenig retired in 2010 as a Colonel after serving 25 years in the US Army. During his career, he flew a variety of helicopters and fixed wing aircraft commanding both company and battalion. In addition, he is a combat veteran with multiple deployments to Iraq.
In "retirement," Steve is an avid general aviation airplane owner and pilot with over 7500 flight hours. Currently he owns a Scottish Aviation Bulldog which he flies regularly while posting aerobatic videos to his YouTube channel: saBulldog Tricks
In 2019, he published CALL SIGNS – Stories from the Little Known US Army Airplane Community.
CAF COL John Sollinger is a long time ATP (737 Captain), CFI and A&P. He owns a beautifully restored Chinese Nanchang and 1946 Champ. And, he's a CAF CFI on N9859H.
David Holden is a retired USAF NCO, Combat Veteran of multiple tours, business owner, ATP (Airbus Captain), A&P, AI and owner of a beautiful B55.
